Last Friday, I went to the Art Jamboree at Milwaukee Makerspace. Although there were a lot of cool projects being shared, this holiday application of a marker printer that prints 2D designs onto 3D objects caught my eye. The “egg-bot” pictured above is not a new technology; however, it is exciting to see new applications of existing technologies that have not yet become mainstream.
